Windows 8 and 10: install DirectX 9
NEStopia needs DirectX 9.0c to run, otherwise you get an error message like "d3dx9_43.dll missing". As Windows 8 and 10 come with DirectX 11 and 12 by default (which does not include DirectX 9.0c and previous versions), you might need to install DirectX 9.0c manually. You can find download and installation instructions here.
